After one year last Wednesday on 27.10.2021 I did my liver cleanse.
I missed the spring liver cleanse but now I did it successfully. There was no any issue. I drank three last days Apple juice and the last day I did the procedure correctly not eating after 1 pm. No vomiting or some other symptoms.
Next day I went twice to the toilet. In two days I went to my colon cleanse therapist where also the colon hydrotherapy went smoothly.
This year I started to have some constipation which was not a case before. Also some pain under the pancreas, it could be the pancreas or the colon.
I hope that this liver cleanse will solve some of these issues.
