Today I did my first colon hydrotherapy-colon cleanse. This was done by my naturopath who has an equipment for colon hydrotherapy. The procedure lasted around 30-40 minutes. My colon was full with watter, my doctor was doing massage during this procedure. During the procedure a lot of waste was eliminated.
I'm doing this because I'm preparing myself for second liver cleanse. Colon cleanse is strongly recommended by Andreas Moritz in order liver cleanse procedure to be successful.
After the colon cleanse I have clear mind, like something was cleaned, I can breath more easy, I feel some headache but I think until tomorrow I will be better.
