Just I followed the protocol not to eat after 1 pm and I had lightly breakfast in the morning.
These days I have strong angina chest pain and I decided to the liver cleanse again because at least it will relief my chest pain.
With liver cleanse everything went smoothly. During the night no nausea, no symptoms except not pleasant taste of the Epson salt, Olive oil and grapefruit together.
Today I went few times in the toilet but I could not see any stones. Feeling sharp pain in the liver area which is always a case next day after liver cleanse. It is not the same pain before the cleanse. Before there is a pain but it is very slow and usually is coming after the fourth month of liver cleanse.
It seems as the result of very often liver cleanses my liver became very sensitive and building the stones are faster.
Anyway I feel excellent after the liver cleanse.
Tomorrow I have an appointment with my new colon cleanse practitioner in order to finish the job.
