After one year, yesterday, I did again Liver Cleanse following the procedure of Andreas Moritz. I was thinking to do it in spring this year but because of the coronavirus all colon cleanse clinics were closed.
After the pretty rough night now in the morning I feel much better. I was in the toilet few times and there were a hundreds of small green stones. The difference from yesterday is huge. Now I can breath clearly and I feel more energy.
I have some pain in the prostate, going to much in the toilet, some pain in the pancreas which I did not have before. The last blood results showed that results are normal except the Iron which is higher and lower B12. We'll see if there will be any improvements of the symptoms after this liver and colon cleanse.
