Liver cleanse 2 - 2017

On August 16, 2017 I did my second liver cleanse for 2017. I was feeling pain around the liver area and I knew that it is time to do liver cleanse again.
After the cleanse all this pain suddenly disappeared.
This time the result was a lot of stones.

Liver cleanse - 13.01.2017

After 5 months I did again my liver cleanse. It was almost routine. I took just two last days approximately 2 litters of apple juice but I followed best practice not to eat after 1pm.
There was also some gallstones. This time I did not upload pictures.
Tomorrow I will do water enema - colon cleanse at home.
