To start with my first liver cleanse I ordered the book from Andreas Moritz.
I followed his recipe to do my first liver cleanse.
Honestly, I was very afraid do not get gall bladder stone attack. Last summer, one night I've got very strong pain on my right chest side. I thought that I have heart attack. It lasted at least half hour and I was afraid that I can get the same attack again during my first liver flush. But thanks to God all this procedure was done smoothly.
I was preparing my liver whole week with pasteurized apple juice. Unpasteurized it is better and stronger but if you cannot find it you can use pasteurized. You should eat light lunch, not including meat.
I chose end of the week to do this challenging step. Saturday morning I drank my two litters apple juice. After two hour I ate boiled rice with carrots and that was all. I was waiting to come 6 pm when I drank my first portion of 6 on glass of watter with Epsom salt.
Moritz recommend to use 32 on water and to put 4 teaspoons Epsom salt inside.
I took my second dose of Epsom salt on 8pm and on 10pm I took grapefruits (3/4 glace of juice) mixed with 1/2 glace of olive oil into the pint jar.
I went down to the bad and I slept well until next morning when on 6am I took my third dose. No side effects or something bad. At 8am I took my last Epsom salt dose. There was no any bowel movement. But at 10am it started bowel movement which it lasted almost whole day. There was a lot of small stones. Next day I was like a new born. What a great feeling!! I have to add that I did not make colon cleanse before or after liver flush.
