Seventh Liver Cleanse

I had a nausea but not vomiting  during my seventh Liver Cleanse. Also during the night, after dose with Olive oil and Grapefruit juice, I had a pain in gal bladder area but it was not so strong to go in Emergency.
Next day the stones started to coming out. There were hundreds.
In two days I did my colon cleanse.

Sixth Liver Cleanse

My sixth liver cleansing was prepared with five days 2l pasteurized apple juice. On sixth day, in the morning, I drank 1l apple juice and for the lunch I ate white rice.
At the evening I took two doses of Epsom salt at 6pm and 8pm and at 10pm I took the mixture of cold pressed olive oil and fresh pressed grapefruit juice.
During the night there was no nausea.
Next day I took the last two doses of Epsom salt.
Bowel movement started after last Epsom salt dose. As last time there was a hundred of stones most of them small but there was also two larges stones.
I had some small headache but today one day after the cleaning I feel good, no headache an I can breathe easy.

Fifth Liver Cleanse

My fifth liver cleanse was without any problem. There was no nausea or vomiting during the night.
Next day after the fourth dose of Epsom salt, expelling of stones started. There were a lot of stones, maybe 50-60, this time less from previous time but they were bigger.
Health condition is dramatically improved. I can breath easier and deeper. Intensity of feeling lump in throat is less. The story continues..

Fourth Liver Cleanse

In four weeks I did the fourth liver cleanse. This time I didn't do colon cleanse. I suppose that was a reason why between 2am and 3am I've got a nausea but I did not vomiting.
This time was also succesfull. First bowel movement I got at 6am in the morning. There was few more duriing the day. I expeled hundreds stones. They were smaller than previous time.
Durring the day I was very weak but before the night my power came back.
In two days I did my colonic cleanse again.
These days I feel very fresh, I can breath very easy.
My lump in throat is still present but I think it is loosing the intensity.

 

 

Third liver cleanse

After four weeks I did my third liver cleanse. It was also very successful as previous one. This time I flushed up three big stones and hundred smaller. This liver cleanse was also prepared with one week with every day two liters pasteurized apple juice.
On the same day at the morning I did colonic cleanse at my naturopath and after that in the evening I did whole procedure explained by Andreas Moritz. There was no issue during the night, no nausea or similar things, like nothing happened.
Next day I was pretty disappointed because I thought that this time liver cleanse will be unsuccessful. But everything started after 11am. I had few bowel movement with hundred stones. I was very satisfied.
My heart issue is still present. Lump in throat always and weakness on effort. It could be from heart attack or angina but these are still not diagnosed. I hope that these liver cleansing procedures will relief my angina pain.

Post second liver cleanse

I did the second colon cleanse for second liver cleans after 6 days. I had to do it because it started to have some very bad symptoms, bloating, pain. The second colon cleanse was resulting in a lot of stones which were stuck into the colon. I could see them with my eyes.
After the second colon cleanse in three days these symptoms disappeared. Today is 10 day after the second liver and I can say that I feel great. I'm like new born, refreshed. I can breath very clear, I can see very clear. My lump in throat, feeling the pressure into the throat, pain around the heart are less. I feel that I have a lot of energy. This energy is refreshing and give me a hope that I will better regarding my heart issue.
I will prepare myself for third liver cleanse in 3-4 weeks. I'll keep you updated.

My second Liver Cleanse

After one day from Colon cleans I did Liver cleanse again. I was following Andreas Moritz's instructions and it was successful.
I've got my bowel movement at 9:30pm after the second dose of Epson salt. At 10pm I took olive oil with grapefruit jus. At 10:30pm I've got bowel movement. During the night I had some small nausea.
I was feeling a lot of movement in liver area. The stones were moving. Next morning I took two latest dose of Epsom salt.
The bowel movement and expelling the stones started at 8:30am. Until 2pm I had 6 bowel movement. There was a lot of stones with different size. I did not believe these stones were in my liver. During this several hours I felt very miserable but I was satisfied from results.
Next two days were relief for me. I could breath very deep, like I was cleaned inside. I forgot this feeling. Lump in throat is still present but this is my second liver flush. Moritz recommend 6 to 8 Liver flushing in order Liver to be cleaned and to get the best results for the  health.
Tomorrow after three days of Liver cleanse I will do again Colon cleanse.
